2. No Ranking Guarantees

We do not guarantee, promise, or imply that implementing our recommendations will result in improved search engine rankings, increased traffic, or any specific business outcomes. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including competition, search engine algorithm changes, content quality, and implementation accuracy.

3. AI-Generated Insights Disclaimer

Our reports are generated using artificial intelligence and should be considered suggestions, not definitive instructions. AI analysis may contain errors or recommendations that don't apply to your specific situation. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any recommendations appropriately for your website.

4. Payment & Refunds

We charge a one-time fee of $5 per SEO Gap Report. Payment is required before report generation. Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, refunds are generally not available. However, we may offer refunds at our discretion if there are technical issues preventing report generation or if the report quality does not meet reasonable expectations. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.

5. Usage Limits

Each purchase covers one URL analysis. If you need to analyze multiple pages, you need to purchase separate reports. We reserve the right to limit the number of reports purchased from a single account if we detect abuse or automated purchasing patterns.

You agree not to use our service for any illegal purpose, to analyze websites you don't own or have permission to analyze, to attempt to reverse-engineer our AI algorithms, or to resell our reports as your own service.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the report ($5).

9. Intellectual Property
